Dashboard Appearance Changed

  My Dashboard suddenly changed appearance. The color scheme of the sidebar menus has changed to dark gray with white text from light blue with dark blue text. Should I be concerned? Is this just a change with WordPress or might it be evidence that someone has hacked my blog? Please respond.
