Dashboard- Appearance/Header

  On my Dashboard under Appearance, Header has disappeared from the menu. Can this be fixed?

  I see the header still displayed at https://mdhoi.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header . Do you see it now?
