dashboard at the side

  I am used to having the dashboard and other stuff like appearance, tools, users, etc.. at the top of the page but it appears now at the side. How do I put it back on top.. I’m using the Ocean mist theme. Thank you

  Dashboard, tools, etc. was moved to the left side back in wordpress 2.5, many, many moons and many, many revisions ago. There is no way to put them back at the top.
