dashboard buttons seem to have trouble

    HI,
    My dashboard has a box to the left that will not go away if I’ve clicked on posts or pages or such. Also, I cannot import media from the library or elsewhere, and cannot use tags on the blog. I am in visual but no longer have control over colors or fonts, etc.

    Volunteers do not have backend access to blogs. I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please post screenshot, upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it.

    Also subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    compassionatelove, which browser (and browser version) are you using when logging into WordPress.com? Does the issue resolve itself if you try a different browser?
