Dashboard differ from two different accounts

    I’m a little confused: Let’s start from the being; jointed a webhosting (Comtel business) after the setup, introduced WordPress.com, with the ID (e-mail – pass word) all is fine, until we need to setup another web site. While waiting for domain to be release, we explored to http://www.wordpress.com and created a new account (RD Insurance Services)
    With e-mail of (email visible only to moderators and staff) and a pass word, after logging in I see that the dashboard and buttons is a lot different then the dashboard in the Comtel business with WordPress.com, question why the difference? How to safe the data in wordPress under the (RD Insurance Service) account? I would like this to be the webpage info for the domain name rdins.net.
