Dashboard different than other blog dashboards.
-
I am an admin of my friends blog and have my own blog as well but have noticed several differences in our dashboards. On my blog’s dashboard under Settings, there is no sharing for example. Whereas with hers she has the option to add linked in, pinterest, google+ etc. How do I get this sharing feature added to my dashboard? I also do not have the “Whats Hot” and comments section.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
It seems like your site is a self-hosted (WordPress.org) site while your friend’s site is hosted here at WordPress.com.
For more info about the differences between .com and .org, see here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You can either open an account here at WordPress.com or you can install the Jetpack plugin which has some of the features that WordPress.com has.
If you have more questions about your self-hosted site, the support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support/
not here at WordPress.com.Just create an account there if you don’t already have one and they should be better able to help you there.
Good luck!
