Dashboard Display Gone Black
-
The display of my dashboard and all it entails has suddenly changed in appearance, going to black with white writing. Moreover, I cannot access my posts at all on my iPad, though they are displayed, in the peculiar colour scheme, on my laptop.

Hi there, the dashboard has gotten a makeover, which you can read more about in our blog post here:
https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/06/17/beautiful-makeover/Moreover, I cannot access my posts at all on my iPad, though they are displayed, in the peculiar colour scheme, on my laptop.
Are you using a browser – and if so, which – or the WordPress app?
Could you please let me know in a bit more detail what kind of trouble you’re having accessing your posts? Do you see an error message, and what does it say?

Dear Kathyrn,
Thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to respond to my query. Um, I don’t know that I’m that keen on the “makeover,” but I’ll get used to it. As for my iPad, my posts are fine as long as I’m in landscape mode. So, I guess I’ll learn to live with that too. And, yes, I was accessing via the app.

Thanks for letting me know. Accessing your posts should work fine both in landscape and portrait mode on the iPad, both in your dashboard and on the public side of your site.
If you’re having trouble with your dashboard in portrait mode, please feel free to post in our iOS forum here:
http://ios.forums.wordpress.org/If it’s the public side of your site that isn’t looking right in portrait mode, I would be glad to help you troubleshoot that here. We could start by having you upload a screenshot of what you see in portrait mode. Here’s a guide on how to make a screenshot, if you’re not sure: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library so I can see it. Thanks.
