dashboard display issues still continuing

  A couple of months ago I posted with a dashboard display issue. Basically it won’t load properly – the words are all duplicated, some links don’t work and the layout is jumbled.

  The suggestion on my first post was to clear the cache and cookies, which I have done multiple times in the last few weeks (logging in and out as well). This seemed to work once or twice, but within a day was back to broken again. I have also tried various combinations of just cache or just cookies and I’m having no joy. This problem really hampers my posting, as it is very difficult to use both the dashboard and posting window, and picture insertion is impossible.

  If it makes any difference, I’ve also found that the site deviantart will not load properly for me. That’s the only other site I’ve been experiencing problems with.

  I’m use firefox 3 with windows vista.

  bumping – does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve checked it with IE and I get the same problem!

  Please don’t bump the thread one of the volunteers will get to your thread as soon as possible. As for your layout issue Are you using Firefox ?

  sorry! Yes, I am using firefox, but as I stated above I tried using my dashboard in Internet Explorer and still experienced the same problems.

  ditto here FF3.0.10 and IE7

  It is rather tiring.

  I recommend trying this first in Firefox Menu bar > View > Zoom > Reset. If That doesn’t work then I recommend contacting Support because they have access to the back end components.
