Dashboard does not display

  Hi

  I have just started blogging and when I log on the dashboard is not displayed. I showed my girlfriend the problem and when she logged back on her dashboard had disappeared as well. It is difficult to get the site working without a functioning dashboard.

  Can you help please.

  Just to be clear about the problem.

  When I log in all I get is a blue bar that has tabs for My Blog and Reader and then there is a menu on the right for change theme and customize design which don’t give me many options. I do not get the black dashboard across the top and the sidebar on the right. These appear when I visit the store but are not in use at any other time.

  I have logged on and off and I have cleared my cookies and my cache.

  I have also purchased premium but that seems to be a strange use of the word, buy premium and get a non-functioning page.

  Extremely frustrated (especially as my girlfriend is now angry and frustrated too as I have infected her site).

  Oh and one other wrinkle to add to this, when I do get the sidebar on the right working, if I click on it all that happens is it takes me back to the site where I can’t do anything worthwhile. Using the customise menu options I can’t upload a photo for my header, I can’t do anything with widgets or with menus, it’s almost completely useless to customise a site.

  I am grateful to be have been knocked over in the rush to get this fixed, thank you for the really fast response….

  I would put a picture of a tumbleweed rolling through here but then I don’t have access to menu functions to allow me to do this !!!!

  When I said right up there, I meant the sidebar on the left. Just to be clear.

  Oh and I tried restarting the computer too, just in case, no cigar.
