Dashboard Full Screen Edit and Small Edit Window Changed

  Sometime during the past week, the tool bar in the small edit window changed. The light blue square icon is no longer there. There is a full screen edit icon, but that takes me to a view that has a minimum of icon/buttons, e.g. No Paste from Word, font sizes/styles like Header 1.

  What did I do to change this and how do I get the old full screen edit view back?

  You did nothing. There was an upgrade, mostly cosmetic changes and some clean up in the dashboard, but the full-screen editor did change quite a bit.
