Dashboard has completely changed…can't access pages or plugins

  Please help! I installed plugins for lead popups and now my dashboard has completely changed. I can no longer access my pages, theme, or customize. The plugins section has also disappeared so I can’t even delete them. What to do???????? How can I restore it to the original? Thanks!
