Dashboard has no design or manage tabs.

My brother-in-law’s dashboard has design and manage tabs, so I know what they should look like. I don’t have them. What do I need to do?

Well, that message might not still be there as I keep experimenting with themes. That message about using Design is on the iNspiration theme page. Regardless of which theme, I need to be able to go to Admin – Design.
