Dashboard help.

I would like to use “publicize” to share my posts on Facebook, however when reading through the instructions on how to enable this feature, I have found that my Dashboard does not have a “My Blogs” tab along the side; in fact, the only tab that I can view is “Home”. I used to have a wordpress.com account for a different blog and this dashboard looks normal, but I now have a wordpress blog linked to my website and a lot of tabs along the side of my dashboard are missing. Can this be fixed? I’m not sure if it has anything to do with the theme that I am using? I’m not a techy at all, and so need as much help in simple terms as possible. Thanks in advance!
