Dashboard – hidden Home page
-
I cannot view the home page on the dashboard and therefore cannot get into it to edit it. How do I unhide it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You don’t have a home ‘page’ as such; there’s just a built-in link to the front page of your blog in your theme.

Volunteers can’t help until you tell them what blog you’re talking about, starting with http

If you are talking about a blog hosted here at wordpress.COM, the front page isn’t a page in the normal sense. The front page is created on the fly as required by the wordpress software. The wordpress software collects all the information it needs from the MySQL database and your settings and then creates the page as needed when someone accesses it via their browser.

Thanks All for your responses. The blog is at http://rbhse70.wordpress.com/ The page marked home is the front page. I can access the other 5 pages for editing in the dashboard but not the front page. The front page is not visible on the dashboard, only the five other pages. p.s. I had access to it up until 24 March hence the content there but must have done something in error to hide it.

That is, as tsp says, because that’s not a Page; it’s the blog, which is dynamically created from a series of posts. You can access each of these posts by going to Dashboard->Posts or just by clicking the word Edit on each one. What, exactly, is it that you’re trying to do?
