Dashboard inaccessible
-
dear WordPress.com
Since a couple of days we can’t access our dashboard anymore because of an appartent parse login!
We can log in with the admin (login data can be provided via email!), but that’s it.
http://www.andeanalliance.org/wp-admin/
Error message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/27/5385027/html/wp-content/plugins/organic-customizer-widgets/admin/widgets/blog-posts-section/blog-posts-section-widget.php on line 9Myself I don’t have a login for this website. AndeanAlliance is a NGO from Peru, for which I have worked for. The owner has asked me for help, but even with her admin account I cannot have access to the dashboard for a roll back…
Thank you very much!
Steve

andeanalliance.org is using self-hosted WordPress.org on an external hosting provider.
This support channel handles assistance to WordPress.com hosted sites only. You can try to get some help in the WordPress.org support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or contact the support team of your hosting provider to seek help solving your problem.
WordPress.org and WordPress.com are different and it can be little confusing; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Hi there,
Just to add:
The best people to contact for this specific error is your hosting company, Godaddy.com. You should ask them to update the version of PHP being used on the site.
The error message is usually caused by running PHP older than 5.3; WordPress.org recommends using PHP 7.
Good luck!
