Dashboard is locked out.

    Have a client at http://www.avisosdgs.com. Updated the new version of WordPress and updated the new theme of Market Leader to clear up issue with NEXTGEN Gallery. The entire site is down and locked out. Can not access the dashboard. Updated the file and now all I get is the error “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class add_nextgen_button in /nfs/c04/h02/mnt/80417/domains/avisosdgs.com/html/wp-content/themes/MarketLeader/tinymce/tinymce.php on line 11” Can this be reset?
