Dashboard is not displaying the editing buttons properly.

    Dashboard is not displaying the editing buttons (for adding photos, hyperlinks, fonts, capitalizing, underlining, etc.) properly. Instead of containing symbols that indicate the function of each button, they look like grey boxes with 4 tiny letters and numbers in each of them. How do I fix it? Thanks very much.
