Dashboard is not working.

After I log in, none of the links on the WP page I get to work and it looks like it’s only 10% loaded. The only way I can get in to make any edits to my blog is by going directly to my blog address and attempting to make edits from there. When I do this, I see a message on my dashboard that says I’m using an insecure browser. This doesn’t make any sense. I’m using IE9. Why would that be insecure? IE10 is still only in preview mode. I will not be upgrading my browser until it’s been fully released. Please fix! I reported this problem last week when it started occurring. Thanks.
