When I access the dashboard on my wordpress account I see a very old version of my website with the old wordpress.com domain name, not the more current .com version. This is what the help bot tells me:

“dashboard is showing old cached content instead of your current site.”

Got it! This is definitely a technical issue where your dashboard is showing old cached content instead of your current site.

Since you can see your proper spice business site at sevensistersspices.com but the dashboard is stuck showing old blog content, this needs our technical team to investigate and fix the connection between your dashboard and your actual site.”

It then tells me that I am ineligible for human support as I don’t have a paid account.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you logged into the right account or even the right company? https://sevensistersspices.wordpress.com/ is hosted here at WordPress.com. Your other .com site isn’t hosted here. Have you been accessing it here via Jetpack? Try logging into it directly at Justhost.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, it transpires that the hosting has gone from WordPress to Bluehost so all sorted now.
