Dashboard is showing up blank (white screen). My Wp recipe maker is not working as well, not sure if both problems are related.

  My dashboard is showing up empty (a blank screen). My WP recipe maker plugin is also not working properly. I am not sure if both issues are related. If you could let me know if my site is broken or what to do from here that would be great.
