dashboard is there but not funcational???

    I just started working on a new site. It was working fine yesterday but today when I try to do anything, when I click on anything on my dashboard, the page cycles and the goes blank. I can see my dashboard but that’s it. I have turned my computer off, I have used different browsers, I have used a different computer. Nothing is working. PLEASE HELP!! Thanks
