Dashboard is 'up,' but site is down
-
I tried to change my URL from madeiraconsulting.net to madeirasecurity.com Also, I installed Divi to refashion the site. I can still sign in and see my dashboard, but I cannot actually view the site, and if I go to either of the URLs above, there is nothing seen on the Web. I need to get back online for my business. Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Matthew,
I tried to change my URL from madeiraconsulting.net to madeirasecurity.com
It sounds like you are trying to switch from one domain to another? If this is the case, you will need to properly map your domain to the correct name servers.
It looks like both of your domains point to godaddy.com.
This forum is for WordPress.com support.
Please head over the WordPress.org forums.

Hi there,
There is a specific process you need to follow to change the domain on a self-hosted WordPress website. Just changing it in Settings only breaks the site.

To fix this you’ll need to contact your hosting provider, Dreamhost, for help as only they have access to your site. We don’t.
It looks like both of your domains point to godaddy.com.
Where do you see this? The .com domain is registered with GoDaddy, but the name servers for both domains are pointed at Dreamhost.com, making that the hosting provider. Always look at the name servers to know where a domain is hosted, not at the Registrar. The latter is only the domain provider, and not necessarily the host.
