  I purchased a theme for WordPress.com and I’m trying to upload it to WordPress, but I can’t seem to find my the dashboard. Can you help me with this?

  In WordPress.com has in built themes , here is the themes showcase https://wordpress.com/themes
  There are no external themes which can be uploaded to WordPress.com . Do you have a WordPress.org website for which you have purchased the theme ?
