DASHBOARD LOCKS UP

    Hi, I am having two problems first of all I am struggling to get in and out of my page/dashboard. At the login it won’t accept the details, so I then select forgotten password – I receive the email click on the link within the email enter a new password then I am able to get in, however I have to repeat this process each time I log out. I have tried to update the password within dashboard but I keep going round in circles. When I get in on the top left hand side it shows my details in a user box/icon : ‘XpresPiX’ underneath – xprespix.co.uk – It has then slightly to right of the text but still within the same icon area – a red caution triangle and I can’t get into my page being in themes or see coding – Please can anyone help as I’m going mad just trying to get into the page let alone make any adjustments.
