Dashboard login for other roles…..
-
Hi Support,
We are running Woocommerce and require Shop Managers to login to the backend/dashboard to approve new user registrations and make minor changes to products. Shop Managers do not have access to /wp-admin though and I’m uneasy about giving access to our wordpress.com account as I’d like for them to not be administrators.
Is there a better solution than logging into the frontend as a shop manager and then accessing http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin which lets them into the dashboard with their role/access? This is currently the only way I have found for it to work but it’s not ideal.
Any help is appreciated.
