Dashboard login not allowed

  hello sir my website name suggibox.com

  now i m unable to login my admin panel ie wordpress dashboard
  i tried all possibilities which you have mentioned.

  i can able access it by changing table name prefix but again i need to rebuild all by installing all plugins adding products its horrible can you solve my issue?
