Hello,
I lost access to my site http://www.simer2t.com to finalize it,
Could you please explain to me how I can access the dashboard again and complete all the sections of my website which is http://www.simer2t.comI filled out the recovery form however I have not heard back
I am blocked could you please help me solve this problem, I have to continue finalizing my site and here I do not have access to the dashboard linked to the site -

my problem is that I can’t access to complete this web site http://www.simer2t.com as admin, with the email that I used I can connect by my password but it show to me that I have to pay again which I didn’t understund, I already paid for one year and I shoose the domain name with wordpress (www.simer2t.com), what I want just have access to the dashboard and complete my web site

I think you didn’t understund my problem,
I have paid 48 euros for one year, two days latter I want to finalise my website which is http://www.simer2t.com I can’t and it show me like I never start my website which is not the case, if you click on the following link http://www.simer2t.com you will find that the web site has been initiated nevertheless not completed. Now I want your help how can I find the dashboard related to http://www.simer2t.com.thanks by advance

To clarify:

We are NOT emailing that email address, so if you’re looking there you won’t find anything.
We’re sending the email to the email address on file for the account that owns the upgrades for
simer2t.com.As my colleague staff-doublebassd indicated, it sounds like you may have done the following:
1. Set up a WordPress.com user account with a misspelling of your actual email address.
2. Since that account is not verified (because you have to verify it with a link in an email that’s sent), you would be prevented from launching your website. If the email had been mistyped and is not a valid email address, the email won’t go anywhere.Therefore, you need to prove ownership of the account that has the upgrade, which you should be able to since you just made that purchase.
To fix this, you must email
passwordhelp [at] wordpress.com, explain your situation (and link to this forums URL), and provide them with the transaction ID from your bank statement.The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXPlease do not respond to this with that information as we can’t help with this type of request here. Email the email address I noted above with that information and they’ll be able to get you sorted out.

I cannot post anything to my site. Nor can I get any stats. When I check the Write box, it just keep flashing gray boxes. I have a premium site just so I wouldn’t have these problems.
