dashboard missing framework/icons/pages etc

  I just tried installing a new theme I purchased and during the process of installing it this has happened to the dashboard:

  Most of the pages don’t work but the one’s that do look like this:

  Does anyone know what could have caused that? I think it happened before I installed the theme because I had a few problems installing it at first
