Dashboard Navigation Menu Minimized

  The left-hand navigation menu for my dashboard home has minimized itself. The help menu tells me I CAN minimize it by clicking the Collapse Menu arrow at the bottom, but there is no indication on how to resolve it to its full size. And there is no Expand Menu arrow that I can find. The menu is now just icons, and I preferred the words. Help would be appreciated!

  Here, there is a very faint small circle with a filled in arrow pointing > directly under the three icons. Clicking on that returns it to the full view.
