Dashboard no longer in English

  When I open dashboard, none of the instructions were in English. Everything was in symbols. I have no idea how this was altered. I did not make any changes to my setup. How do I get it all back to English? Are you able to do it for me? Symbols look like this – 標籤

  I’m seeing your dashboard in english. Are you still seeing it in another language?

  For future reference, you can go to Settings–> General in your Dashboard to change the default language.

  Yes, it is still in symbols – and that is my problem. I can’t find “Settings > General” to make the change. How do you find a black can in a black room? Give me an e-mail address and I’ll send you a copy of a “PrtSc” Thanks for helping me.
