Dashboard not appearing

My dashboard is not showing up. It just has the links, but no graphics. This is affecting the way I can post things. I can’t upload pictures and Its hard to see what I’m writing. Am I lacking an upgrade in software? If this is the case, why does every other page work?
Help would be appreciated. :)

Are you able to access the following URLs properly?

http://s1.wp.com
http://s2.wp.comIf not, then either your internet service provider or your network may be blocking access, preventing you from seeing the dashboard, and maybe even your blog, in the proper style.

How are you connecting to the internet and to wordpress.com?
(dial-up, DSL, android, smartphone, satellite etc.)These are the details Staff need to know so they can help you. But as airodyssey said above if you cannot access those URLs then either your internet service provider or your network may be blocking access, preventing you from seeing the dashboard, and maybe even your blog, in the proper style.

I figured it out. Thank you so much for all the help. It was a matter of clearing the cache memory.
