  cannot access my dashboard to get to Tools to delete Blog – http://ranchhousetales.wordpress.com

  You are signed in to that account right now. What happens when you go to http://ranchhousetales.wordpress.com/wp-admin? Make sure you’re not on your Global Dashboard.

  Support documents about deleting a blog. Read it carefully: once you delete a blog the name is gone forever.
