Dashboard Not Loading

Hi! My dashboard is only partially loading. Anything that I need actual access to is not loading – particularly the contact support and anything billing. I’m getting an error alert message “We couldn’t load our Concierge schedule. Please try again later.”
When I open devtools I see a couple messages for error code 403 in the console.
“WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403”

“WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403”I have tried waiting to see if it loaded (waited over 5 minutes) and have searched the support docs to see what I need to do. I’ve been checking in over the last hour and nothing has changed. Obviously I cannot contact support for this issue as that is not loading.
Any help would be appreciated. Even an alternative way of contacting support. Thank You!

Please try clearing your browser cache and make sure your browser allows JavaScript. If you’re using any ad-blockers or anti-tracking browser add-ons, also try disabling those: those add-ons often work by simply blocking all JavaScript code, which also prevents sites that rely on JS to work, like the WordPress.com dashboard, from loading correctly.

Also see if logging in with private/incognito mode, or using a different browser and/or internet connection helps at all.
