Dashboard not showing in IE8

  Hi,

  I recently updated to Windows 7 with IE8 installed (at my work) and since then my WP-dashboard is not working anymore. I only see my recent activities and WordPress news. The sidebar with all the options.

  Here is a screenshot of what I see know:

  

  There are more website where I’m missing stuff but this one is the most annoying.

  Hi Rob. That screenshot shows the dashboard for a wordpress.ORG install. While it looks the same as the wordpress.COM one, they are actually two separate systems.

  Please visit the wordpress.org support forum for assistance as we won’t be able to help you here: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.

  In any case, it seems like you need to update your wordpress.org software, and IE is already up to version 11, so you should update that as well. See here for updating your browser: http://browsehappy.com/ and they’ll be able to help you on the WP.org forum with upgrading that software.

  Thanks kokkieh. I just googled wordpress forum and ended up here. I posted the question on wordpress.org.

  You are in the wrong forum and need to be at WordPress.ORG for support with that version of the software.
