Dashboard not working

    Whenever I go to wp-admin, the dashboard menu on the left side only has 4 options: dashboard, marketplace, profile and collapse menu. I can’t click on any of those options and I can’t get to any of my content. Also on the dashboard homepage my stats won’t load.

    I have tried to access the dashboard on my phone but that doesn’t work either.. The menu button at the top is unresponsive.

    Hi there,

    If you can’t see all the menu items in your Dashboard then it means you’re not signed in as an Administrator on the site. Try signing out and then signing back in again as a different user.

    Also your site – http://spiritlesswanderer.com – isn’t hosted with us at WordPress.com which means we can’t help with specific questions about the account because we don’t have access to it. We can only access the Dashboards and accounts of sites hosted on our servers. Your best bet is to reach out to your hosting providing and it looks like it might be Bluehost:
