Dashboard, other WP.com sites Timing Out/Blocked IP Address?

    Since Friday, I have been unable to access my Dashboard (especially my Stats, All Posts) and leave comments on any other WP.com blog/CMS. I have been only been able to access the above via a VPN. Over the past few days, I have tried three different browsers – Firefox, Safari, Chrome – cleaned out my cache and cookies, restarted my modem and router, and been in touch with my ISP. They have suggested reaching out to you to ask whether there is a block on my address – StarHub in Singapore, however, uses dynamic IP addresses. I am at my wit’s end. I can sent you traceroutes if that’s helpful. HELP!

    Are you able to reach the dashboard using HTTPS instead of HTTP?
