What must I do to access my admin bar as at when needed? This has always been a common problem with my blog recently.Pls help!

You must be logged-in to your account for the Admin bar to to work…
you can log in at wordpress.com
If you are using a desktop or laptop with a mouse,
“hover” your mouse cursor/pointer over the icons.
