dashboard problems

  Todays’ problem is my dashboard. I can’t access my stats, add tags in the tag function or upload any photos. I click on the tabs on my desktop computer but it does not work. However, I CAN do these functions on my laptop so In think there is a glitch in my desktop. Any ideas as to what might be preventing me from doing this on the desktop? All help appreciated. Thanks.
