dashboard redirects to non-existent domain
-
Hello,
My dashboard and all other wordpress.com pages (including my profile settings page) keep redirecting to an old, now non-existing, domain name.
Surely I should fix this in my profile or blog settings… and I would gladly do so… however since everything keeps redirecting me, I’m now in kind of a chicken-and-egg problem situation …Can someone from wordpress guide me with the proper steps to fix this, or just remove the invalid blog/domain from my account please?
The domain that no longer exists is boomingbusinessbreda.nlThanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@supportbot : yes this is a self-hosted blog ; but I am using wordpress.com site stats. But now the wordpress.com dashboard redirects me into “not found” pages.
My issue is clearly in my wordpress.com profile somewhere. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for any help.

I have a self hosted blog but my WordPress dashboard keeps redirecting me to an old domain that I haven’t used in 3 years. This happens only when I check my stats.

I do have the same problem since a few days. I use site stas in ubenzer.com but when I login to wordpress.com or try anything related to my profile in wordpres.com it tries to redirect to beta.ubenzer.com which I used years ago.
-
Likewise, I have the same issue…
Will search to see if there’s an existing topic (resolved, hopefully) that addresses this…
-
Nope, no threads showing resolved… None that I could find anyway. :(
The only thing I found was advice to contact support at:

that was posted by the ever helpful timethief… -
Hello there,

Quite a useless answer, to be honest. I’m not talking about wordpress.com hosted sites. I’m referring to the wordpress.com _stats_ functionality (which makes use of the wordpress.com dashboard).
But anyway…
Today the problem is miraculously disappeared. Since this was clearly a redirect problem in the wordpress.com dashboard code somewhere (it had nothing to do with DNS for example) … but apparently and unfortunately noone is willing to admit such a thing. I will just assume you incidentally or (more likely) accidentally fixed the problem. Hopefully not temporarily, but permanently. Thanks in any case, to whomever fixed my problem.
Cheers.
