Dashboard server error

The address is amcog.org. Ican’t access the dashboard for it after a theme upgrade. The theme I use is Business lite by CyberChimps. When I upgraded it my home page reset to the default theme settings for Business lite except for a few things. All my links point back to the home page.

To be clear amcog.org is NOT a free hosted WordPress.COM blog and we don’t provide support for WordPress.ORG software at WordPress.COM. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

I was on wordpress.org and they sent me here. To my knowlegde wordpress.org allows ftp uploads to their site and i can’t. Which means our site is through wordpress.com right?

The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and that one is not among them.

Our website isn’t a free one. It is the paid version
