Dashboard Site Stats Appear to be not registering page views by WP bloggers

  Over the past few days, the Site Stats page does not seem to register page views by WordPress bloggers. Case in point, after I just published a post last Saturday(11/21), there were no page views registered at all; however, I received alerts that new bloggers just followed my site; the same thing happened late last week: I received comments on my post from WordPress bloggers, but there were no page views registered on my Site Stats Page. Clicks from external sources like Google, Bing, Yahoo searches and Facebook, however, are being counted in the page views.
