dashboard slide bar faulty

  in dashboard writing in visual its all fine , when i go to html its crazy , you can be typing or hit delete or enter and the slide bar works on its own up and down if you sit and do nothing it still happens , its been going on for a couple of weeks and its driving me mad , harry

  This sound like a browser issue to me. So here are the questions:
  Which browser and version of it are you using?
  Have your tried clearing your cache and cookies and logging in again? If not, please do that now. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
  Have you tried another browser?

  i use ccleaner twice a week and i’m on xp ie8 also happens on firefox , harry

  i tried firefox again and its ok , so i’m going down to ie7 as it was ok on it , i hope it will be again i thought you might have come across it before , my pc is always clear and clean i have good security and cleaners , harry
