Dashboard- still stalling

  I recently posted a forum with this problem and I still don’t really know what to do. On my computer I can’t get on to the Dashboard. It stalls and just shows a white screen. I have tried refreshing the page and waited for half an hour but I still couldn’t get on. I have BT Internet. I also don’t have the ‘ Compatibility View’ option that everyone else has. Please help!

  If you are using IE8, you do have compatibility view. What version of IE are you using?
