Dashboard support/ contact us not loading – need to cancel renewal asap help plz

    I received a renewal for my premium plan and custom domain, which I want to cancel. I have followed the links in the email to do so but nothing is loading. All I can see are flashing boxes where I should be able to see options and should be able to type. I highlighted the boxes to see the text in them and all it says is that they are loading but they never load. I have tried the pages several times over two different periods and still nothing loads. I don’t know what to do. Advice? Suggestions? Help? Thanks!

    Did you carry through and you use the appropriate process found here at Canceling and Refunding Purchases https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases to cancel and request a refund?

    Canceling and refunding purchases
    There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
    • WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
    • The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
    • It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one.

    Canceling domains
    It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again.

    Which wordpress.COM plan did you purchase?
    Which wordpress.COM site did you purchase it for?

    I can help with this. Please confirm the domain in question?

    Also, I need to remind you that once the domain is cancelled you’ve essentially forfeited ownership of it. Domains can be impossible to recover once cancelled. If there’s any chance you’d want to use it again in the future then this is not the best option.
