Dashboard Unreachable. "The app is currently unreachable"

When I attempt to access the dashboard, I receive “The app is currently unreachable error.”
Regardless of how I attempt to access the dashboard, I am getting the above error. I have accessed via different devices, different browsers, cleared browser cache, etc. The error still persists.

Exactly which app is it?If it is the app written by wordpress for androids you need to inquire over at http://android.forums.wordpress.org/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to to those forums.

That’s the thing, I am trying to access via Chrome/IE browser on my PC (not using any apps) directly. I navigate to my profile, login, click on the dashboard link, and then I receive that error. I am not using any apps.

Hi there!
It looks like your ISP or some sort of firewall may be blocking access to WordPress.com. Can you please try calling up your ISP to resolve the problem? To verify if this is an ISP-specific issue, try accessing your admin panel via a different Internet connection. Let me know what you find out. Best wishes!
