Dashboard welcome box

  When I first accessed my dashboard, there was a ‘welcome’ screen with a short video and some short-cut links. I clicked on a link which said ‘hide box’ (or something similar) and it disappeared. How can I get it back?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Surely if I ‘hide’ something I ought to be able to ‘unhide’ it? Otherwise it should say ‘delete box’ or something?
