Dashboard went blank

When I tried to look up my subscribers, JetPack told me to check my primary site connection. This error came up all over the place on my dashboard at my hosting service. An online help told me to disconnect and reconnect JetPack. I was able to disconnect, but then WordPress.Com told me that I do not have ANY site, and at my hosting service the dashboard shows which theme I last installed, but does NOT show ANYTHING about the site. The navigation panel is only an empty dashboard and a profile. The ’empty’ dashboard DOES show the last 5 posts to my site, but NOTHING accessible.

  • Hi there!

I had a look at your site’s debugger and everything seems to be fine. I also see the site http://www.ernstraud.org/blog correctly under your WordPress.com account.
If you’re still having issues with that, it would be best if you posted directly to the Jetpack forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/. They’ll be able to advise better :)
