Dashboard Widgets page
-
widgets page does not have a sidebar to add or remove widgets? it’s just displaying as one long page with all of the widgets open.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

The dashboard widgets page displays properly in Google Chrome with the Primary Sidebar on the right.

Could you please check this:
1: In Internet Explorer go to https://blackboxglow.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php
2: Click on the ‘Screen Options’ tab at the top right hand corner
3: You should see a ‘Disable accessibility mode’ link appear now, click on it. -

Since it works in a different browser and not Internet Explorer, I recommend to reset the browser entirely. You can follow the instructions at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 . Please read it carefully because it’ll reset the browser to its default settings.
Alternatively, send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.
The page at the following link has some helpful tips for taking screenshots:

Resetting Internet Explorer and automatically being upgraded to Internet Explorer 9 did not resolve the issue.

Are you using any browser extensions or anti-virus/malware software? it’s possible that this might be blocking something on that page. Please try to temporarily disable this and see if that helps. Otherwise check from a different Internet connection to see if you can reproduce this issue.
Thank you!
