Dashboard won't load! WordPress slow and clunky.

  I deleted an old, unused blog page from ‘My Blogs’ earlier and since have been unable to access or edit to any great extent my primary blog page http://www.shelteredlifepr.com. The dashboard will not load – I am greeted with a white page and loading gif – and everything about WordPress no very Fisher Price. Simple and lacking the same level of detail and feature sin had last time I logged in. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction.
