Dashboard won’t populate with website content

    My website is still up, but my dashboard doesn’t have any of the content. It’s connecting to apparently a new website address and not the one it’s supposed to be.

    I’ve looked up a bunch of stuff, but can’t fix it.

    Any ideas or is there any additional info I need to provide?

    It sounds like a staff member will need to check your account’s current status to resolve this issue. I will tag a staff member so you can get a quick solution.

    In the meantime, any additional information you can provide about the original website address and the new address you’re seeing would be helpful.

    Hi @briguynumber1! It looks like your site was recently reset. This wipes out any content on your site and replaces it with our default content. This appears to be what happened here. For info on what that means, please see this page.
